New Tallahassee SmileLabs Covid-19 Policies and Procedures
We ask that you please be understanding of our new procedures and policies.
We are adhering to these to keep our clients – and ourselves – as safe as possible.
If you feel ill, have been exposed to someone with Covid-19, have traveled within the past two weeks, or have been diagnosed with Covid-19, please do NOT schedule an appointment
Clients should park and call us at 850-877-6453 when you arrive. Please remain in your vehicle until we let you know you may come in.
All clients will be required to wear a mask at all times except, of course, when services are being performed.
We will have only one person per treatment room unless you live in the same home.
Do NOT bring other people - or your children - with you to your appointment. Only clients having services performed will be allowed inside.
Our appointment schedule is even more important while we try to adhere to these new policies. Please arrive on time. If you arrive too late, you will be asked to reschedule. If you arrive too early, you will be waiting in your car in the parking lot. We will do our best to see all clients at their scheduled times. Our cancellation policy will be strictly enforced.
Every Tallahassee SmileLabs employee will wear a mask, and the technician performing your treatment will also wear gloves.
We will be disinfecting according to CDC guidelines after each client – sanitizing the chairs, stools, glasses, lights, etc. – anything that the client comes in contact with.
We will do everything we can to ensure your safety while you are at Tallahassee SmileLabs, but we CANNOT guarantee that you will not be exposed to Covid-19 by having services performed at our salon. You are coming at your own risk, and we may not be held liable should you contract Covid-19.
